5、····················14參考文獻··························································15一、系統(tǒng)概述A公司是一家小型玩具生產(chǎn)企業(yè),專門制造可組裝型的玩具,對玩具的部件生產(chǎn)檢驗及組裝要求極為嚴(yán)格,現(xiàn)根據(jù)其中一款主營玩具X的流程進行模擬仿真,在X玩具的制作流程中有一個對玩具基礎(chǔ)部件的檢驗入庫過程和一個對玩具的組裝包裝出庫過程。1.部件檢驗入庫玩具X由3種部件組裝而成,在對原料進行加工后產(chǎn)生的3種部件A、B、C進行檢驗,不合格的回收重新加工,合格的輸送到暫存區(qū)進行分類后入庫。2.組裝出庫在收到顧客訂單
6、后,需要對部件進行加工組裝,組裝完畢后進行質(zhì)量檢驗,檢驗不合格的回收,合格的最后通過包裝區(qū)進行包裝,包裝完成后進入暫存區(qū)等待出庫。X玩具生產(chǎn)流程如圖1-1。A/B/C部件檢驗回收客戶訂單分類存儲成品組裝包裝出庫不合格合格圖1-1X玩具制作流程檢驗合格不合格一、系統(tǒng)仿真目的實踐一個實際系統(tǒng)的計算機仿真過程,一方面通過對實際系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、建模和仿真分析,全面了解計算機仿真技術(shù)在離散事件系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,同時通過分組合作的形式,提供一種系統(tǒng)仿真工作常見的團隊協(xié)作方式的實踐體驗,培養(yǎng)協(xié)調(diào)工作共同完成任務(wù)的能力。另一方面通過仿真對實際系統(tǒng)運行進行模擬,以找出系統(tǒng)運行的瓶頸所在,好對實際系統(tǒng)
7、進行優(yōu)化分析,減少系統(tǒng)運行的成本,提高系統(tǒng)運行的效率。本課程設(shè)計主要對X玩具在其部件檢驗入庫和組裝出庫過程中通過仿真模擬以優(yōu)化其流程中存在的問題,減少流程中的浪費,提高運行效率。二、仿真建模及步驟1.仿真模型描述1)部件檢驗入庫。根據(jù)X玩具制作流程同步到仿真流程,3個發(fā)生器分別產(chǎn)生A、B和C3種部件進入暫存區(qū)1,3個處理器分別對3種部件進行檢驗,不合格的回收,合格的經(jīng)過輸送機進入暫存區(qū)2分類后送往倉庫存儲,2個操作員通過分配器把部件從暫存區(qū)1分別送到處理器檢驗,檢驗完畢后在把部件搬到輸送機,
