1、-煙臺大學碩士學位論文中文摘要半枝蓮為唇形科黃芩屬植物半枝蓮(ScutellariabarbataD.Don)的干燥全草,主產(chǎn)于我國大部分地區(qū)。味微苦,性涼,歸肝、腎、肺經(jīng),具有清熱解毒、活血祛瘀、利尿消腫、抗癌等功效。采用硅膠柱色譜,制備高效液相色譜,SephadexLH-20凝膠柱色譜等多種手段進行分離純化,從半枝蓮乙醇提取物的氯仿部位得到21個化合物。通過理化性質(zhì)及波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定了12個化合物的結構。其中黃酮類化合物5個,二氫黃酮類化合物1個,蒽醌類化合物1個,酚酸類化合物3個,甾體化合物2個。結構為β-谷甾醇(β-Sitoste
2、rol,1)、5-羥基-7,4′-二甲氧基黃酮(5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone,2)、5-羥基-7,8,4′-三甲氧基黃酮(5-hydroxy-7,8,4′-trimethoxyflavone,3)、三裂鼠尾草素(5-Hydroxy-6,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone,Salvigenin,4)、漢黃芩素(5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone,wogonin,5)、2-羥基-3-甲基蒽醌(2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone,6)、反式-3
3、-(4′-羥基苯基)丙烯酸乙酯((E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acrylicacidethylester,7)、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯(Ethyl-4-hydroxybenzoate,8)、羥基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,9)、柚皮素(Naringenin,10)、4′-羥基漢黃芩素(4′-Hydroxywogonin,11)、胡蘿卜苷(daucosterol,12)。其中化合物2,3,6,7為首次從黃芩屬中分離得到的化合物,化合物4為第一次從半枝蓮中分離得到的化合物。關鍵詞:唇形科;黃芩屬;半枝蓮;
