1、內(nèi)容摘要磁力軸承具有無摩擦、高速、高精度等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到日益廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著磁懸浮技術(shù)的日益成熟,磁力軸承的商品化、系列化成為必然的趨勢(shì)。在這種條件下,降低其成本對(duì)于其普及顯得非常重要。在這里我們提出了一種新型的全被動(dòng)磁懸浮支承系統(tǒng),它主要應(yīng)用于固定使用的飛輪電池當(dāng)中,具有成本低,可靠性高的特點(diǎn)。全被動(dòng)磁懸浮支承系統(tǒng)的研究對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)型飛輪電池具有舉足輕重的作用。本文系統(tǒng)介紹了全被動(dòng)磁懸浮軸承的構(gòu)造,并對(duì)徑向電動(dòng)軸承和軸向永磁軸承工作的基本原理進(jìn)行了闡述。本文對(duì)永磁軸承的材料、構(gòu)型以及懸浮力與剛度的計(jì)
2、算理論進(jìn)行了全面深入的分析和研究。發(fā)展了Maxwell應(yīng)力張量計(jì)算理論,推導(dǎo)了Maxwell和虛功原理的磁場(chǎng)力計(jì)算的有限元方法,進(jìn)行了磁場(chǎng)力及剛度的計(jì)算和分析。對(duì)磁軸承系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)配置、結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)計(jì)算、軸承懸浮特性等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析與討論,并運(yùn)用動(dòng)力學(xué)、電磁學(xué)相關(guān)原理,分析永磁軸承和電力軸承的作用力,建立系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。論文最后在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)該項(xiàng)研究的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。關(guān)鍵詞:飛輪電池電動(dòng)磁力軸承永磁磁力軸承剛度有限元法Ⅱ3AbstractMagneticbearingshaveaseriesofadvant

6、eenstudied.DevelopingMaxwellstresstensortheoryandvirtualprinciple,combinedwithFEM,thecomputingmethodofthesuspensionforceonpermanentmagneticbearingareputforward.Usingthismethod,suspensionforceandstiffnesshavebeenanalyzedandcalculated.Thecomputationofthestructu
