1、刪趣背景下中異及麵因麵究2014-10-2110:41:45青島科技大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(社會(huì)科學(xué)版)2014年3期許冬蘭+李琳[摘要]計(jì)算1995-2011年我國(guó)省際碳生產(chǎn)率,分析碳生產(chǎn)率的區(qū)域差異,并建立而板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)碳生產(chǎn)率的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)栗表明,我國(guó)不同地區(qū)之間碳生產(chǎn)率水平差異較大,東部遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)髙于屮西部;2006年前西部碳生產(chǎn)率髙于屮部,之后屮部反超西部。另外,提髙碳生產(chǎn)率的驅(qū)動(dòng)因索屮,技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)我國(guó)碳生產(chǎn)率起到明顯的正向驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,而對(duì)外開放度、能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)碳生產(chǎn)率的提卨具有不冋程度的負(fù)效應(yīng)。要提髙我國(guó)碳牛.產(chǎn)率,縮

7、adoptingeffectivemeasures.Keywords:carbonproductivity;regionaldifference;drivingfactors;low-carbontransformation—、引言隨著余球氣候變化問(wèn)題的Id益嚴(yán)重,以降低人類牛.產(chǎn)牛.活中碳排放為H標(biāo)的低碳發(fā)展模式受到各國(guó)的廣泛關(guān)注。屮國(guó)己成為全球第一大碳排放國(guó),長(zhǎng)期采用的高碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式嚴(yán)重威脅著經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。適時(shí)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)才是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的出路,而低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵在丁?提髙碳生產(chǎn)率,在于減少碳排放的同時(shí)保持經(jīng)濟(jì)增氏,因此研究
