1、蕎麥花葉總黃酮對(duì)壓力負(fù)荷大鼠腦神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的影響儲(chǔ)金秀韓淑英朱麗莎白靜楊瑞嫻(華北煤炭醫(yī)學(xué)院藥理學(xué)教研室唐山063000)【摘要】目的探討蕎麥花葉總黃酮(TFBFL)對(duì)壓力超負(fù)荷大鼠腦內(nèi)神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)5-羥色胺(5-HT)、去甲腎上腺素(NA)及乙酰膽堿(Ach)的影響和意義。方法藥物干預(yù)組分別予TFBFL高劑量(0.4g·kg-1·d-1)、低劑量(0.2g·kg-1·d-1)、卡托普利(60mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃(ig),模型對(duì)照組和假手術(shù)組給予等量的生理鹽水,每日1次(o.d.),連續(xù)給藥1周后
2、用銀夾造成腹主動(dòng)脈狹窄從而導(dǎo)致大鼠心臟超負(fù)荷,于手術(shù)后1小時(shí)、3小時(shí)、12小時(shí)立即取腦組織,用分光光度法測(cè)定腦組織內(nèi)神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)NA、5-HT和Ach的含量。結(jié)果手術(shù)后1小時(shí)、3小時(shí)、12小時(shí)模型對(duì)照組5-HT及NA的含量相對(duì)于正常對(duì)照組均有較顯著的升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高的程度隨手術(shù)時(shí)間的延長而增加。TFBFL高低劑量均能降低5-HT和NA的含量,以高劑量作用更強(qiáng)。各組Ach含量改變不顯著。結(jié)論TFBFL對(duì)壓力超負(fù)荷大鼠腦內(nèi)Ach的影響不明顯,但能顯著降低5-HT和NA的含量,這可能
