6、mofthe21stcenturymodeofproduction.Keywords:masscustomization;productionpatterns;managementmodel;摘要:大規(guī)模定制被認(rèn)為是21世紀(jì)的生產(chǎn)模式,其優(yōu)勢(shì)在于可以同時(shí)獲得規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)。本文從大規(guī)模定制的概念出發(fā)研究了大規(guī)模定制的生產(chǎn)管理模式。大規(guī)模定制作為一種新的管理模式,既可以降低企業(yè)成本,乂可以滿足用戶個(gè)性化的需求,為企業(yè)提供戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。大規(guī)模定制有其賴以存在的土壤和條件,企業(yè)選擇這種運(yùn)作模式吋應(yīng)注意把握好吋機(jī),考慮各種制約因素,進(jìn)行科學(xué)的決策。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)傘球化和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)
