1、鄭州大學(xué)2009屆研究生論文(摘要)TLR一2、TLR一4、NF一KB在中耳膽脂瘤中的表達(dá)及意義癥介質(zhì)和細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)，參與機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng).本研究結(jié)果顯示TLR一2與NF一kB之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系，提示TLR一2與NF一kB可能在中耳膽脂瘤炎癥反應(yīng)過程中有協(xié)同作用。3.TLR一4感受膽脂瘤炎癥微環(huán)境病原體表面的隊(duì)MPS刺激，經(jīng)由胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)通路，活化核因子NF一kB，NF一kB通過對多種基因表達(dá)的調(diào)控，調(diào)控眾多炎癥介質(zhì)和細(xì)胞因子的表達(dá)，參與機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)。本研究結(jié)果顯示TLR一4與NF一kB之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系，
