1、RANKL和OPG在膽脂瘤型中耳炎中的表達(dá)及其意義作者:丁壽玲作者單位:山東大學(xué)齊魯醫(yī)院耳鼻咽喉-頭頸外科,濟(jì)南250012【摘要】檢測(cè)破骨細(xì)胞分化因子(nuclearfactorkappaBligand,RANKL)和護(hù)骨素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)在膽脂瘤型中耳炎組織中的表達(dá)水平,并探討RANKL和OPG在膽脂瘤型中耳炎骨質(zhì)破壞機(jī)制中的作用。方法應(yīng)用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(RTPCR)法和免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)RANKL和OPG在35例中耳膽脂瘤(中耳炎組)和17例正常外耳道皮膚(對(duì)照組)中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果RTP
2、CR檢測(cè)示膽脂瘤型中耳炎組與正常對(duì)照組比較,RANKL的mRNA表達(dá)水平升高(t=4.315;P<0.05),OPG的mRNA表達(dá)水平無(wú)明顯變化(=0.578,P>0.05),RANKL與OPG的mRNA比值升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=6.127;P<0.05);免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)顯示RANKL在膽脂瘤組織中表達(dá)增高,主要在膽脂瘤周圍浸潤(rùn)淋巴細(xì)胞胞漿屮表達(dá),與對(duì)照組的表達(dá)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=7.758,P<0.05);OPG在膽脂瘤組織中表達(dá)無(wú)明顯變化,與對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.623,P>0.05)
