6、大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新項目·······························13第1章緒論能源緊缺促進(jìn)新能源技術(shù)的開發(fā)和利用,相對于其他能源,風(fēng)能以其清潔和容易利用而受到人們的青睞,小型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)輕便、效率高、能源免費等優(yōu)點非常適合家庭照明和其他低功率用途。只需要初期投資建設(shè)費用,后期基本不需要維護(hù),而得到源源不斷的清潔免費的風(fēng)電?,F(xiàn)在市面上銷售的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)由于價格較高而得不到推廣,同時發(fā)動機(jī)的啟動風(fēng)速又比較高風(fēng)速較低時風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)就成了擺設(shè),根本不發(fā)電。垂直軸阻力型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)啟動風(fēng)速減小,但效率普遍較低。本項目
7、的目的是設(shè)計一種簡單的成本較低同時效率較高的垂直軸攻角可變的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),嘗試通過利用計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計和分析,減少項目開發(fā)的成本和時間。1.1風(fēng)力發(fā)電現(xiàn)狀介紹現(xiàn)在風(fēng)力發(fā)電應(yīng)用還是比較多的,有很多大型的風(fēng)電場,風(fēng)力發(fā)電是一種制作比較簡單,制作成本和維護(hù)成本較高的發(fā)電方式,它的優(yōu)點是綠色環(huán)保,理想的綠色能源。目前主流風(fēng)輪有三種:14青島理工大學(xué)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新項目右圖是水平軸大型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),翼型的扇葉有效提高風(fēng)能利用效率,主要用于大型風(fēng)電場,常年風(fēng)力較大而且風(fēng)向不變,這種風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)效率較高維護(hù)成本低。右圖是一種比較常見的垂直
8、軸升力型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),適合家庭使用,需要風(fēng)力較大,風(fēng)速高時效率是最高的,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單維護(hù)成本低,低風(fēng)速時優(yōu)勢不明顯,翼型加工較困難。總的來說是非常好的設(shè)計。右圖是垂直軸阻力型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī),結(jié)構(gòu)簡單制作容易而且維護(hù)成本低,缺點是效率較低,弧面回程時受阻力,降低了風(fēng)輪的風(fēng)能利用率。1.1各種創(chuàng)新型風(fēng)力發(fā)電在尾部裝上對風(fēng)裝置的水平軸發(fā)電機(jī)也有非常高的效率,但它也有自己的缺
