1、冷彎薄壁型鋼-混凝土組合樓蓋受彎承載力試驗研究周緒紅1,2,賈子文1(1.長安大學建筑工程學院,陜西西安710061;2.蘭州大學土木工程與力學學院,甘肅蘭州730000)摘要:通過對4個足尺比例冷彎薄壁型鋼-混凝土組合樓蓋的受彎承載力進行單調靜載試驗研究,分析了壓型鋼板與冷彎薄壁型鋼梁連接的螺釘間距和樓蓋梁數量改變對組合樓蓋極限承載力的影響及破壞機理。研究表明:在正常使用階段,組合樓蓋具有較高的承載力和較小的變形;減小螺釘間距和增加樓蓋梁數量均能夠提高組合樓蓋的極限承載力。破壞模式主要表現(xiàn)為樓蓋梁發(fā)生彎扭屈曲的同時,受壓區(qū)翼緣、卷邊及毗鄰腹板出現(xiàn)
2、相關屈曲破壞,屈曲波長為相鄰螺釘間距;支座附近混凝土與壓型鋼板為脫離、掀起破壞;集中荷載作用點處樓蓋梁為折曲破壞。采用考慮材料、幾何和接觸非線性ANSYS有限元程序對試驗模型的受力性能進行了模擬,非線性有限元計算結果與試驗結果吻合較好。在試驗研究和有限元分析基礎上,提出了組合樓蓋的簡化計算模型和理論計算方法。關鍵詞:組合樓蓋;冷彎薄壁型鋼梁;靜力試驗;非線性有限元;極限承載力;破壞模式中圖分類號:TU398.1TU317.1文獻標志碼:AExperimentalstudyonflexuralcapacityofcold-formedsteeljoi
