1、冷彎薄壁型鋼梁板組合樓蓋的受彎承載力研究-OSB周緒紅1,2喆1王瑞成3石宇1李(1.長(zhǎng)安大學(xué),陜西西安710061;2.重慶大學(xué),重慶400045;3.山西省電力勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)院,山西太原030000)摘要:通過(guò)對(duì)兩邊簡(jiǎn)支不同螺釘間距的兩塊足尺單跨冷彎薄壁型鋼梁-定向刨花板(OSB板)組合樓蓋的承載力進(jìn)行單調(diào)靜載試驗(yàn),分析OSB板與冷彎薄壁型鋼梁連接的螺釘間距對(duì)組合樓蓋最大承載力的影響及試件的破壞機(jī)理。試驗(yàn)表明:冷彎薄壁型鋼梁-OSB板組合樓蓋具有較高的承載力和較小的變形;減小螺釘間距可以提高組合樓蓋的承載力。試件的破壞模式主要表現(xiàn)為樓蓋梁發(fā)生彎扭屈曲的同時(shí),受壓
2、區(qū)翼緣、卷邊及腹板出現(xiàn)相關(guān)屈曲破壞,屈曲波長(zhǎng)為相鄰螺釘間距;支座附近OSB板與冷彎薄壁型鋼梁脫離、掀起破壞。采用考慮材料、幾何和接觸非線性的ANSYS有限元程序?qū)υ嚰M(jìn)行模擬,非線性有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)螺釘間距、樓面板厚度、樓蓋梁間距、樓蓋梁截面厚度以及鋼材強(qiáng)度等影響因素進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析,結(jié)果表明:減小螺釘間距和樓蓋梁間距、增大樓面板和樓蓋梁截面厚度、提高鋼材的強(qiáng)度均可以提高組合樓蓋的承載力。關(guān)鍵詞:冷彎薄壁型鋼;定向刨花板;組合樓蓋;承載力;破壞模式中圖分類號(hào):TU398+.9文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000-131X(2013)09
