1、摘要高職院校主要是為生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)一線培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能人才，而這種人才的培養(yǎng)，-N也離不開企業(yè)的全程參與。因此，發(fā)揮企業(yè)作為重要辦學(xué)主體的作用，推進(jìn)企業(yè)參與人才培養(yǎng)的全過程，實(shí)現(xiàn)校企協(xié)同育人，是高職院校人才培養(yǎng)過程中必須解決的問題。“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式，強(qiáng)調(diào)校企人才共育、過程共管、責(zé)任共擔(dān)、成果共享，是深化產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作，推進(jìn)工學(xué)結(jié)合、知行合一的有效路徑。本研究以A學(xué)院“三維數(shù)字城市訂單班”為研究對(duì)象，主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、個(gè)案分析法、調(diào)查問卷法等研究方法，首先詳細(xì)剖析“三維數(shù)字城市訂單班”的運(yùn)行機(jī)制和取得成效
2、，以便為其他院校提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒；其次重點(diǎn)分析“三維數(shù)字城市訂單班”實(shí)施全過程中存在的問題，并探究其問題根源；最后針對(duì)所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，以期促進(jìn)“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式優(yōu)化，進(jìn)而大范圍推廣“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式，從而解決高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的適銷對(duì)路問題。關(guān)鍵詞：高職院校；“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式；個(gè)案分析；實(shí)踐研究萬方數(shù)據(jù)ABSTRACTTheprimarymissionofhighervocationalcollegeistoservethetechnicalandskilledtalents、析th
