1、本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文CAD圖紙QQ401339828600X900復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)摘要：國(guó)內(nèi)使用的顎式破碎機(jī)類型很多,復(fù)擺顎式破碎基結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便，所以常見(jiàn)的還是傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要是為滿足生產(chǎn)需求出料口尺寸：100~200mm；進(jìn)料塊最大尺寸：510mm；產(chǎn)量：75~150噸/小時(shí)而研究的。根據(jù)以上要求我設(shè)計(jì)了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)（PEF600X900）。設(shè)計(jì)分析了顎式破碎機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和研究顎式破碎機(jī)的意義及復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸對(duì)破碎性能的影響，計(jì)算確定了PEF600X900的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要
2、包括了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的動(dòng)顎、偏心軸、皮帶輪、地基、動(dòng)顎齒板、機(jī)架等一些重要部件；另外對(duì)顎式破碎機(jī)的工作原理及特點(diǎn)和主要部件作了介紹，包括保險(xiǎn)裝置、調(diào)整裝置、機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)、潤(rùn)滑裝置等；同時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)器參數(shù)（主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、生產(chǎn)能力、破碎力、功率等）作了計(jì)算以及對(duì)偏心軸作了設(shè)計(jì)。此外也簡(jiǎn)單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計(jì)算，顎式破碎機(jī)的主要部件的安裝、顎式破碎機(jī)的操作及維修等。關(guān)鍵詞：復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)；傳動(dòng)；磨損47本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文CAD圖紙QQ401339828600X900compoundpendulumjawcrusherdesignAbstrac
