4、現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值的啟迪和思考。中航工業(yè)圍繞公司戰(zhàn)略,為了更好的健康、可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,實(shí)施“幼獅計(jì)劃”,培養(yǎng)年輕干部人才儲(chǔ)備。人文班培訓(xùn)通過(guò)八個(gè)模塊跨學(xué)科、跨領(lǐng)域的拓展學(xué)習(xí),著力打造復(fù)合型高素質(zhì)人才,這將成為中航工業(yè)未來(lái)騰飛的基石。中航工業(yè)正處于重組改革和快速發(fā)展階段,在改革和發(fā)展中難免存在一些問(wèn)題和困難,這就要求我們年輕干部進(jìn)一步通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)開(kāi)拓視野,解放思想,更新觀念,從而全面提升年輕領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的素質(zhì)與能力,以便今后能夠駕馭企業(yè)的能力。我結(jié)合自己的基層工作想法和這次人文培訓(xùn),對(duì)年輕干部在工作上談一談的自己一些粗淺的一點(diǎn)想法,和大家共同學(xué)習(xí)交流和探討。一、管理理念創(chuàng)新1.理念創(chuàng)新。近年來(lái)中航工業(yè)所取得的發(fā)
