3、漿廠的設(shè)計(jì)。本產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)是在酒的釀造過(guò)程中,可以在麥汁煮沸鍋中添加,從而改變啤酒輔料的結(jié)構(gòu),降低糧耗。本產(chǎn)品以玉米糝為原料,酶法生產(chǎn)玉米糖漿。本課題重點(diǎn)對(duì)液化、糖化過(guò)程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算。液化過(guò)程采用加入耐高溫α-淀粉酶進(jìn)行噴射液化,并對(duì)噴射液化器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算。糖化鍋是重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的單體設(shè)備,由于糖化鍋的體積較大,底部加熱較困難,本設(shè)計(jì)改變以往的夾套加熱,采用先進(jìn)的蒸汽管道加熱,并作出管道排列圖。節(jié)能是本設(shè)計(jì)的又一特點(diǎn),本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)低壓蒸汽進(jìn)行處理,將其熱量傳給低溫工藝水,以達(dá)到調(diào)漿的溫度。本設(shè)計(jì)除對(duì)糖化車間進(jìn)行了平面、立面布置外,還作出管道與儀表設(shè)備流程圖。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米糖漿液化糖化
