1、酵母菌株ZZ-46利用木質(zhì)纖維素水解液產(chǎn)油脂的研究李斌劉旭敏肖澤濤韓堯王冬梅郭書賢*(河南省工業(yè)微生物資源與發(fā)酵技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室;南陽理工學(xué)院生物與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院,南陽473004)摘要利用小麥秸稈和甘蔗渣制備木質(zhì)纖維素水解液,確立了可行的脫毒方法,研究酵母菌株TrichosporondermatisZZ-46在脫毒水解液與未脫毒水解液中的發(fā)酵產(chǎn)油能力,并采用搖瓶發(fā)酵培養(yǎng),對(duì)菌株發(fā)酵過程、產(chǎn)油能力、發(fā)酵動(dòng)力學(xué)以及油脂脂肪酸組成進(jìn)行了探索。結(jié)果表明:采用氫氧化鈣與活性炭混合脫毒法最佳,此時(shí)糠醛毒性物質(zhì)含
2、量最低,僅為0.0322?μg/mL,ZZ-46利用該脫毒水解液發(fā)酵產(chǎn)油較高,120?h時(shí)為ZZ-46最佳培養(yǎng)時(shí)間,生物量、油脂產(chǎn)量、油脂含量分別為18.502?g/L、6.793?g/L、36.71%。發(fā)酵動(dòng)力學(xué)分析表明:ZZ-46的底物消耗與菌體生長(zhǎng)同步,屬于與菌體生長(zhǎng)相關(guān)型,而油脂積累則屬于與菌體生長(zhǎng)部分相關(guān)型。不飽和脂肪酸含量較高是該油的特點(diǎn)。這對(duì)發(fā)酵木質(zhì)纖維素水解液產(chǎn)油脂的研究具有重要意義。關(guān)鍵詞木質(zhì)纖維素TrichosporondermatisZZ-46產(chǎn)油脂能力動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)分析中圖分類
