1、Masquelet技術(shù)在感染性指（掌）骨大段骨缺損治療中應(yīng)用【摘要】目的：探討Masquelet技術(shù)在修復(fù)感染性指（掌）骨大段骨缺損中的臨床應(yīng)用及療效。方法：自2008年1月-2013年1月，感染性指（掌）骨大段骨缺損患者應(yīng)用Masquelet技術(shù)，結(jié)合或不結(jié)合皮瓣修復(fù)指（掌）骨大段骨缺損21例。21例患者均為一期清創(chuàng)或內(nèi)固定手術(shù)后感染,其中金黃色葡萄球菌感染者13例，鏈球菌7例，銅綠假單胞菌感染者1例。應(yīng)用Masquelet技術(shù)，一期手術(shù)徹底清創(chuàng)后抗生素骨水泥占位填充骨缺損，6?8周后二期手術(shù)取出骨水泥，置入自體松質(zhì)

2、骨，修復(fù)骨缺損長度為11?33mm,平均19mm。結(jié)果：21例中手術(shù)成功20例，1例失敗，原因為拇指近節(jié)指骨一期手術(shù)術(shù)后再次感染，后行再次清創(chuàng)、拇指短縮、關(guān)節(jié)融合術(shù)。手術(shù)成功者18例獲得隨訪，失訪2例。隨訪時間平均7個月。18例感染性指（掌）骨缺損患者中食指側(cè)方皮瓣覆蓋者3例，術(shù)后創(chuàng)面一期愈合18例，愈合時間10?15d,二期手術(shù)后骨愈合時間2.6?3.5個月，平均愈合時間2.8個月，患指功能恢復(fù)滿意。結(jié)論：Masquelet技術(shù)在修復(fù)感染性指（掌）骨大段骨缺損中效果良好?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】Masquelet技術(shù)；感染；骨缺損
