1、員工薪資晉級(jí)管理規(guī)定一、?目的?為了提升員工個(gè)人素質(zhì)和能力,充分調(diào)動(dòng)全體員工的主動(dòng)性和積極性,為員工打造一個(gè)良好的發(fā)展平臺(tái),并在公司內(nèi)部營(yíng)造公平、公正、公開的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,規(guī)范公司員工的晉級(jí)工作流程,特制定本制度。二、適用范圍?與公司簽訂勞動(dòng)合同的員工。?三、權(quán)責(zé)?1、行政人事部負(fù)責(zé)制定公司的員工晉級(jí)制度。?2、相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)晉級(jí)員工的考核。???3、總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)員工晉級(jí)程序和考核結(jié)果的最終審核。四、員工薪資晉級(jí)原則?1、公司員工晉級(jí),必須符合公司的發(fā)展需要。?2、公司員工晉級(jí),有利于提高員工的綜合素質(zhì),做到量才適用,有利于增強(qiáng)員工的凝聚力和歸屬
2、感,減少員工流動(dòng)率。???3、管理人員的晉級(jí)必須建立在考核結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循有利于提高其綜合素質(zhì)的原則,著重培養(yǎng)管理人員的綜合管理能力。?4、一般職工的晉級(jí)重點(diǎn)突出操作技能、工作表現(xiàn)和完成工作任務(wù)方面。5、員工晉級(jí)的形式分為定期或不定期?:(1)定期:公司每年對(duì)上年度員工組織一次晉級(jí)考核。(2)不定期:對(duì)公司有特殊貢獻(xiàn),表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的員工,隨時(shí)予以晉級(jí)。?(3)試用期員工,在試用期間,工作表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者,由試用部門推薦,提前進(jìn)行晉級(jí)到相關(guān)薪級(jí)工資。?五、員工晉級(jí)權(quán)限?1、部門經(jīng)理或主管,由總經(jīng)理直接核定。???2、不定期晉級(jí)的員工的晉升分別由部門經(jīng)理或主管
