1、縣財(cái)政局關(guān)于強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)補(bǔ)貼政策落實(shí)情況的匯報(bào)縣政府辦：根據(jù)你辦的通知要求，現(xiàn)將我縣近年來強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)補(bǔ)貼政策落實(shí)的有關(guān)情況匯報(bào)如下：一、強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)補(bǔ)貼落實(shí)情況及成效近年來，為落實(shí)好黨和政府的強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策，我縣根據(jù)省州有關(guān)部門的要求，結(jié)合我縣實(shí)際，按照中央、省、州有關(guān)強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)補(bǔ)貼有關(guān)文件要求，認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)中央、省、州的各項(xiàng)強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策，不斷加大對“三農(nóng)”的支持力度，切實(shí)減輕了農(nóng)民的負(fù)擔(dān)，也充分調(diào)動了農(nóng)民群眾的生產(chǎn)積極性，促進(jìn)了農(nóng)牧業(yè)的增效、農(nóng)牧民增收，使農(nóng)牧民的生產(chǎn)生活條件有了明顯的改善，從根本上改善了農(nóng)牧村的落后面貌。（一）糧食直補(bǔ)和農(nóng)資綜合直補(bǔ)落實(shí)情況
2、2006—2008三年上級下達(dá)我縣糧食直補(bǔ)和農(nóng)資綜合直補(bǔ)資金為4050519.84元。其中：糧食直補(bǔ)459946.37元，農(nóng)資綜合直補(bǔ)3590573.47元。將資金全部撥付到12個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)按照每戶的補(bǔ)貼面積、補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、補(bǔ)貼金額張榜公示后，大部分鄉(xiāng)以現(xiàn)金形式已發(fā)放到戶。各別鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))以一卡通”或一折通”將補(bǔ)貼資金發(fā)放到戶。onegood,onenot.(B)inordertotailoraidmeasures.Afteridentificationofthepoor,totailoraidmeasuresofpovertyforpovertyal

8、meandworkersincome,7（二）農(nóng)機(jī)具購置補(bǔ)貼落實(shí)情況從2004年起國家出臺了對農(nóng)民購置農(nóng)機(jī)具的補(bǔ)貼政策，我縣從2007年
