1、江蘇大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文而一個(gè)地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)化的發(fā)展水平也影響了企業(yè)的效率。同時(shí)通過使用的凈資產(chǎn)收益率的效率影響分析，得到了財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)效果沒有DEA效率評(píng)價(jià)方法優(yōu)越。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于本文運(yùn)用多投入多產(chǎn)出的DEA模型，不僅僅分析了樣本技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率等，同時(shí)使用反映企業(yè)效率動(dòng)態(tài)變化的Malmquist指數(shù)，對(duì)家電行業(yè)上市公司各年間的效率進(jìn)行了比較研究，在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了前人研究的不足。另外，本文把企業(yè)效率影響因素問題放在產(chǎn)權(quán)和市場(chǎng)這個(gè)一個(gè)二維空間中進(jìn)行考察，研究這兩者對(duì)企業(yè)效率的不同的影響，取得了理想的結(jié)果。關(guān)鍵詞：DEA，企業(yè)效率
