4、ordispatchingemploymentsystemandabuseproblemisobviousandseriousinashortperiodoftime.Allkindsoflabordispatchingdisputesalsobegantoexpose.Thesefactorsfurtherarisecloseattentionofdispatchingregardedasasocialproblems.Atpresent,labordispatchlegislationinourcount
5、ryisstillnotperfectandmanyissuesstillfailedtoreachconsensus.Qualitativeproblemsoftheunitthatuseworker,thecoreoftheequalpayforequalworkarestillnotberesolvedinthelawsandregulations.Thereisnoclearthatthespecificdefinitionontruedispatchinginsteadofoutsourcingwi
6、llweakentheimplementationandeffectofregulation.Theexistenceoftheseproblemswilldirectlyinfluencethestandardizationdevelopmentoflabordispatchinginourcountry.Asforimprovingtherelatedlabordispatchlegislation,ontheonehand,itcanmakeupfortheloopholesofourcountryla
