1、中文摘要當(dāng)今時(shí)代,科技飛速發(fā)展,貿(mào)易壁壘逐漸消除,國(guó)際資本快速流動(dòng),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使得企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,人力資源已成為企業(yè)中最為寶貴的資源。雇員的流失是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中一個(gè)十分普遍的現(xiàn)象,己成為關(guān)系到企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成敗的關(guān)鍵因素。合理的員工流動(dòng),可優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu),保持企業(yè)活力:反之,會(huì)影響員工的士氣和企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率,吞噬企業(yè)利潤(rùn),削弱企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終會(huì)影響到企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。本文在研究A公司人力資源管理工作中所遇到的問(wèn)題——雇員流失,及其現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用六西格瑪管理理念和DMAIC方法,分析并改善A公司的雇員流失問(wèn)題。本文首先從了解A企業(yè)人力資源現(xiàn)狀及人員流失
2、現(xiàn)況入手,通過(guò)對(duì)已離職人員離職原因的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,在職員工的員工滿(mǎn)意度問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,以及相關(guān)流程分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定導(dǎo)致員工離職的重要因素,確立改善對(duì)象、樹(shù)立改善目標(biāo);同時(shí)充分運(yùn)用六西格瑪管理體系中的分析工具和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法,探究問(wèn)題的深層原因,確定重要改善因子,并針對(duì)其樹(shù)立和實(shí)施相應(yīng)改善,繼而建立起持續(xù)的改善管理體系。本文旨在通過(guò)運(yùn)用六西格瑪管理體系及其方法,分析并改善A公司人員流失問(wèn)題的研究的基礎(chǔ)上,為探索人力資源管理工作的顧客化、數(shù)據(jù)化、流程化、科學(xué)化,進(jìn)行新的嘗試,提供新的思路。關(guān)鍵詞:雇員流失;六西格瑪;改善:人力資源管理ABSTRACTNowada
