4、als)和CBM、CNKI、VIP、萬方等數(shù)據(jù)庫。收集絕經(jīng)前乳腺癌患者輔助化療聯(lián)合GnRH-a的隨機對照試驗，采用Stata11.2軟件對資料進行Meta分析。三、結(jié)果共納入7篇文章，8個研究，677例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，GnRH-a聯(lián)合輔助化療與單純輔助化療相比，月經(jīng)復(fù)潮率的合并OR值為2.83（95%CI：1.525.25），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。四、結(jié)論與單純輔助化療相比較，聯(lián)合GnRH-a輔助化療對絕經(jīng)前女性患者的卵巢功能具有一定的保護作用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】Meta分析，乳腺癌，卵巢功能，GnRH，隨機對照試驗4Gonadotropin-releasingHormoneAnal
