2、液壓微位移放大結(jié)構(gòu),由柔性鉸鏈膜片式大活塞、密閉容腔、小活塞及壓力調(diào)節(jié)和測(cè)量裝置構(gòu)成。采用疊堆式壓電陶瓷驅(qū)動(dòng)大活塞,改變密閉容腔內(nèi)油液的體積形態(tài),放大小活塞端輸出位移,驅(qū)動(dòng)滑閥閥芯運(yùn)動(dòng)。大活塞采用膜片結(jié)構(gòu),降低壓電陶瓷疊堆的負(fù)載,提高密封性能。針對(duì)剛性膜片剛度和強(qiáng)度矛盾的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)柔性鉸鏈膜片,對(duì)該膜片結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度進(jìn)行理論分析和數(shù)值計(jì)算驗(yàn)證。應(yīng)用有限元方法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)及各參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)最終結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行剛度和強(qiáng)度分析?;谠囍圃順訖C(jī)參數(shù),建模仿真表明液壓位移放大倍數(shù)9倍,閥芯位置控制誤差小于1%。頻
