2、為變量,考慮靜強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性要求,建立3個(gè)并行的子優(yōu)化問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了布局優(yōu)化;(2)以層合板的各鋪層角作為設(shè)計(jì)變量,考慮層合板的制造和工藝約束,以等效彎曲剛度為中間變量,實(shí)現(xiàn)了復(fù)合材料加筋板的蒙皮和筋條的鋪層順序優(yōu)化;(3)通過協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)定性約束,實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合優(yōu)化。本文完成了一個(gè)典型算例,算例結(jié)果表明,該方法不僅合理而且有很好的優(yōu)化效果。關(guān)鍵詞:復(fù)合材料;加筋板;布局優(yōu)化;并行子空間優(yōu)化方法;等效彎曲剛度;鋪層順序優(yōu)化中圖分類號(hào):TB323文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):1005-2615(2013)03-0360-07ConcurrentSubspaceOptimum

7、panel;layoutoptimization;concurrentsubspaceoptimization;equivalentbendingstiffness;plystackingsequenceoptimization加筋板結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力強(qiáng)、重量輕,在航空航天復(fù)合材料加筋板結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)變量較結(jié)構(gòu)中被廣泛使用,隨著復(fù)合材料日益廣泛的使多,不僅有連續(xù)變量,還有離散變量,且變量之間相用,復(fù)合材料加筋板的結(jié)構(gòu)布局優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)減輕飛互耦合,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的難度較大。傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃法機(jī)重量具有很重要的意義?;驕?zhǔn)則法很難解決這類問題。近年來,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研基金項(xiàng)
