1、Source:http://www.science-truth.com植物學(xué)通報2005,22(6):703~707ChineseBulletinofBotany實驗簡報沙棘果皮多糖清除氧自由基的活性研究①②張海容(山西省忻州師范學(xué)院生化分析技術(shù)研究所忻州034000)摘要沙棘(Hippophaerhamnosides)果皮經(jīng)80℃恒溫水浴提取,乙醇沉淀得粗多糖。Sevag法去蛋白,2+經(jīng)50%和70%乙醇分級,得3種級分沙棘多糖H1、H2和H3;以Fenton反應(yīng),即H2O2/Fe/水楊酸為.OH產(chǎn)-.生和檢測體系;以鄰苯
2、三酚/EDTA/Tris-HCl為O2產(chǎn)生體系,對沙棘多糖H1、H2和H3進(jìn)行抗氧自由基活-.性研究。結(jié)果表明,沙棘多糖對.OH和O2有較顯著的清除能力。不同級分多糖H1、H2和H3濃度達(dá)200mg.mL-1時,對.OH的清除率分別為44.9%、49.0%和26.4%,抗O-.活性分別為36.9%,15.4%和23.1%。多2糖質(zhì)量濃度增大時,兩種自由基清除率增加,且呈量效關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞沙棘,多糖,超氧陰離子,羥自由基,自由基清除率StudyoftheScavengingRadicalActivitiesofPolysacch
