1、河北理工學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文摘要為滿足市場(chǎng)需求,在中型軋機(jī)上軋制大規(guī)格型材,可以取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。但同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了一些問(wèn)題,就是軋機(jī)負(fù)荷過(guò)高。如果設(shè)計(jì)或調(diào)整不當(dāng),容易出現(xiàn)事故。一般按經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法設(shè)計(jì)的孔型,軋機(jī)負(fù)荷很難做到均衡。雖然設(shè)計(jì)者盡量合理分配壓下量,也會(huì)使各道次的軋制負(fù)荷出現(xiàn)不均衡。尤其是在臨界狀態(tài)下軋制就極易出現(xiàn)事故,甚至出現(xiàn)斷輥現(xiàn)象。為中型生產(chǎn)提供一套負(fù)荷均衡的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助孔型優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)軟件顯得尤為重要。通過(guò)16Mn鋼的變形阻力試驗(yàn),得出了變形溫度t在950~1150℃、變形程度£在0.2~O.5和變形速率童在1-20so條件下的變形阻力模型:。:140expI-2.7166×擊?s。,]×
