1、遼寧科技大學(xué)碩士論文摘要摘要鎂鈣系耐火材料因?yàn)榫哂心透邷?、良好的抗渣性、耐結(jié)構(gòu)剝落以及凈化鋼液等特性而成為冶煉潔凈鋼的一種優(yōu)良耐火材料。本論文利用光譜儀、偏光顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和相圖分析等研究方法為手段,研究了CaO含量40%~80%合成鎂鈣砂的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能;以合成鎂鈣砂為原料制備CaO含量40%~60%的高鈣鎂鈣材料,研究其顯微結(jié)構(gòu)與性能;研究高鈣鎂鈣材料對(duì)VOD爐渣的抗侵蝕作用以及高鈣鎂鈣材料與硅鋼的作用,主要得出如下結(jié)論:1.隨著CaO含量的增加合成砂的致密程度降低,合成砂體積密度減小,抗水化性變差。2.對(duì)于不同CaO含量的鎂鈣
2、磚而言,CaO含量的增加會(huì)降低鎂鈣磚的體積密度和常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度,CaO含量越高,下降趨勢(shì)越明顯;而對(duì)于相同CaO含量的不同配方而言,基質(zhì)中添加少量高純鎂粉的體積密度和常溫耐壓強(qiáng)度較大。3.鎂鈣磚中的CaO含量越高,對(duì)VOD爐渣的抗侵蝕效果越好。4.CaO含量為40%~60%的高鈣鎂鈣磚具有良好的脫鋁作用,對(duì)鋁含量為0.23704%的硅鋼在1600℃反應(yīng)30min后,脫鋁率高達(dá)96%以上,CaO含量的增加有利于提高高鈣鎂鈣材料的脫鋁作用,但是作用并不明顯。關(guān)鍵詞:高鈣鎂鈣砂,高鈣鎂鈣磚,微觀結(jié)構(gòu),抗渣性,脫鋁遼寧科技大學(xué)碩士論文abs
