1、第33卷第6期硅酸鹽通報V01.33No.62014年6月BULLETINOFTHECHINESECERAMICSOCIETYJune,2014再生鎂鈣磚抗熱震性能的研究李想,邱桂博,郭敏,張梅(北京科技大學(xué)冶金與生態(tài)工程學(xué)院稀貴金屬綠色回收與提取北京市重點實驗室,北京100083)摘要:以AOD爐用后鎂鈣磚為原料,配以電熔鎂砂合成再生鎂鈣磚。對其抗熱震性能進行測試,并測試了熱震前后樣品的常溫抗折強度,然后對比熱震前后樣品的微觀形貌,從而對再生鎂鈣磚的抗熱震性能進行綜合評判。結(jié)果表明:MgO質(zhì)量分數(shù)為75%的再生鎂鈣磚熱震后外部形貌較熱震前無明顯變化
2、,熱震20次后,其常溫抗折強度為35.80MPa,依舊保持較好的常溫力學(xué)性能,但是隨著熱震次數(shù)的增加,樣品的常溫抗折強度逐漸減小抗折強度損失率逐漸增大,抗熱震性系數(shù)逐漸減小,且均呈線性變化,主要是因為樣品內(nèi)部由于熱應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生裂紋,并且裂紋逐漸延展擴大所致。關(guān)鍵詞:再生鎂鈣磚;抗熱震性;常溫抗折強度;微觀形貌中圖分類號:TU54文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1001—1625(2014)06—1453-06StudyonThermalShockResistanceofRegeneratedMgO-CaOBrickLIXiang,QIUGui—bo,GUOMin
