1、摘要本文主要研究了薄板高速TIG焊工藝。利用鎢極氬弧焊(TIG)熱輸入易于控制、熱量集中、熱影響區(qū)小、焊接變形小、焊縫各點(diǎn)的熱輸入均勻等優(yōu)點(diǎn),進(jìn)行超薄銅板焊接。在TIG焊過程中,焊件中的溫度場(chǎng)分布反映了復(fù)雜的焊接熱過程,能夠全面和深入地反映焊接質(zhì)量,因此對(duì)焊接溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬非常有意義。建立了TIG高速焊接傳熱過程的有限元模型,利用該三維模型對(duì)紫銅板TIG焊接過程進(jìn)行溫度場(chǎng)計(jì)算。該模型全面考慮了熔池內(nèi)部液態(tài)金屬的對(duì)流傳熱和熔池外部的固體導(dǎo)熱、材料熱物理性能參數(shù)隨溫度的變化,焊件表面通過對(duì)流和輻射向周圍環(huán)境的散熱以及相變潛熱對(duì)溫度場(chǎng)的影響。通過ANSYS的
2、二次開發(fā)擴(kuò)展功能編制程序進(jìn)行熱源的循環(huán)施加,分別計(jì)算了不同焊接工藝參數(shù)下溫度場(chǎng)的分布和熔池的寬度,并分析了不同的焊接電流、焊接電壓和焊接速度對(duì)其影響。同時(shí)對(duì)熔池進(jìn)行了受力分析。熔池主要受電弧力,熔池金屬的重力和表面張力的作用。建立了熔池?zé)┡卸ǚ匠蹋玫胶附与娏骱腿蹖捴g的關(guān)系,并對(duì)電流范圍進(jìn)行了初步預(yù)測(cè)。同時(shí)對(duì)不同焊接參數(shù)下的熔池受力進(jìn)行了分析。通過在電纜生產(chǎn)線中的焊接實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證和對(duì)比分析。研究結(jié)果表明,本文建立的薄板超高速TIG焊熔池溫度場(chǎng)數(shù)值分析模型以及所采用的數(shù)值求解方法是正確地,選取的物理性能參數(shù)與實(shí)際較貼近。關(guān)鍵詞:鎢極氬弧
