1、摘要摘要本文根據(jù)注塑成型理論進(jìn)行罩殼模具設(shè)計(jì),包括確定分型面、澆口位置和形芯、抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模形式及冷卻系統(tǒng),分析模具型腔和型芯的精度、制品注塑成型中的收縮、選擇注塑工藝參數(shù)等闖題,以保證注塑過(guò)程的順利進(jìn)行;在建立罩殼CAD模具模型的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)注塑成型過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,預(yù)測(cè)模具設(shè)計(jì)和成型條件對(duì)產(chǎn)品的影響及可能出現(xiàn)的缺陷;在對(duì)注塑成形過(guò)程進(jìn)行CAD/CAE的研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用AutoCAD和Pro/Engineer等制圖軟件進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì)、模具中的模架、型腔幾何形狀、頂出系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);然后導(dǎo)入到ANsYS軟件進(jìn)行CAE分析,分別對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了有限元的前置處理,分析計(jì)算,后置處理等一系列的分析工作。本
2、課題的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下:1、模具采用定模抽芯,球形型芯內(nèi)安裝點(diǎn)澆口鑲塊,球形和下面周邊的掛鉤采用強(qiáng)行脫模方式,開(kāi)模時(shí)零件與澆口自動(dòng)分開(kāi),零件不需去飛邊,可直接與鏡面較好配合,廢品率低;2、通過(guò)對(duì)復(fù)雜的三維實(shí)體分析,可用平面代替一些不必要的曲面,去掉不必要的結(jié)構(gòu),使實(shí)體模型盡可能簡(jiǎn)化,對(duì)分析的順利進(jìn)行和降低時(shí)間都很重要;3、作有限元分析時(shí),開(kāi)始應(yīng)該采用較疏的網(wǎng)格進(jìn)行分析,在確定優(yōu)化模型的有利之處后再采甩較精密的網(wǎng)格劃分,提高分析精度及效率;4、零件受力的約束部位以及孔槽等位置最容易形成應(yīng)力集中,尤其尖角處,因此,應(yīng)該盡可能采用圓角過(guò)渡。關(guān)鍵詞:精密注塑;后視鏡罩;模具設(shè)計(jì):cAE;
