1、氣霧化法制備Fe-6.5%Si-x%Ni合金粉末及其性能的研究王山山胡強趙新明盛艷偉趙文東劉英杰北京康普錫威科技有限公司摘要:采用氣霧化法制得TFe-6.5%Si-x%Ni(x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,1.0;質(zhì)量分數(shù))金屬軟磁合金粉末,對合金粉末進行絕緣包覆處理后壓制成磁粉芯進行磁性能檢測,磁粉芯尺寸為27mmX15mniX5mm,壓制壓力為1GPa。利用激光粒度分析儀、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和軟磁交流分析儀對粉末的粒度分布、形貌、相組成和磁性能進行檢測和分析。結果表明:在霧化過程中,隨著Ni元素添
2、加量的增加,金屬液粘度增加,霧化時間變長,粉末顆粒尺寸增大,中位徑d50從21.04um增大到3&62urn;粉末為球形或近球形,部分粉末表而有衛(wèi)星球;粉末為單相a-Fe相,表明Ni元素以固溶體形式溶入基體晶格,造成晶格畸變,增加了合金粉末的內(nèi)應力;隨著Ni元素含量的升高,矯頑力先升高后降低,添加1.0%Ni時為最優(yōu)值307.9A-m-1(0.05T,100kHz),振幅磁導率先降低后升高添加1.0%Ni時為最優(yōu)值15.7(0.05T,100kHz),且在頻率達到80kHz時略有升高,磁損耗先升高后降低,在添加1.0%Ni時為最優(yōu)
