1、蘇州大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究姓名:陳峰申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):金融學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:王光偉201104我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究摘要摘要在利率市場(chǎng)化,國(guó)內(nèi)信貸政策不斷收緊,嚴(yán)格的資本監(jiān)管背景下,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行通過擴(kuò)大資產(chǎn)規(guī)模,發(fā)展其傳統(tǒng)存貸業(yè)務(wù)的獲利空間將逐漸縮小,主要靠賺取存貸款利差的收益模式是不可持續(xù)的。本文基于尋找一套適合我國(guó)銀行發(fā)展其中間業(yè)務(wù)策略為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的概念和類型為起點(diǎn),從產(chǎn)品角度和收入角度分析了當(dāng)前我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。然后分析了我國(guó)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)在發(fā)展
2、過程中存在的一些問題,并分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的一些主客觀的原因。同時(shí)分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的影響因素,主要有國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、國(guó)民收入水平、資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展水平和銀行自身的規(guī)模和經(jīng)營(yíng)效率等。然后借鑒了西方銀行在發(fā)展其中間業(yè)務(wù)過程中的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了我國(guó)銀行發(fā)展其中間業(yè)務(wù)的策略體系,首先是一些基本經(jīng)營(yíng)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,然后是基本的發(fā)展策略,包括創(chuàng)新銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制、完善商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的定價(jià)策略、細(xì)分客戶與差別化服務(wù)、服務(wù)渠道轉(zhuǎn)型與整合和創(chuàng)新銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的營(yíng)銷理念和營(yíng)銷手段。最后又根據(jù)不同的銀行,提出其中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展側(cè)重點(diǎn)和一些具體業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的具體策略
