2、mostappropriateageatthetimeofthehiparthroplastyWas65-75yearsold.Withthedevelopmentofprostheticmaterial,especiallythematurityofceramicmaterials,theservicelifeoftheartificialhipwaslongerthanbefore.Sotheindicationsoftotalhiparthroplastyhaveexpandedtotheyoungerpatients.Metal-polyethyleneh
3、ipimplantshasbeenwidelyusedasstandardartificialjointmaterialsuntilenow.However,ithadahighwearrate,weardebrisinducedseriousosteolysis,tissueinflammation,whichseriouslyaffectssurvivalofimplant.Overtheyears,peoplehavebeenlookingforamethodtosolvethisproblem.Frictioninterfacematerialwithlo
4、wwearratesaswellasgoodtissuecompatibilityisconsideredtobethepreferredsolutiontoimprovethesurvivorshipoftheprosthesis.Ceramicmaterialscameintobeing.Althoughtheceramicmaterialhasbeenusedintheartificialinterfacefor40years,thefirstandsecondgenerationceramicmaterialexistsomeproblem,suchasl
