1、III基于FPGA的頻率測量儀的設(shè)計摘要頻率計是實驗室、計量室和科研、生產(chǎn)中最常用的測量儀器之一。頻率計符合目前測量儀器的發(fā)展趨勢,具有測量精確、自動化和數(shù)字化程度高、成本低、體積小及操作簡單等特點。在傳統(tǒng)的電子測量儀器中,示波器在進(jìn)行頻率測量時測量精度較低,誤差較大。頻譜儀可以準(zhǔn)確的測量頻率并顯示被測信號的頻譜,但測量速度較慢,無法實時快速的跟蹤捕捉到被測信號頻率的變化。正是由于頻率計能夠快速準(zhǔn)確的捕捉到被測信號頻率的變化,因此,頻率計擁有非常廣泛的應(yīng)用范圍。本頻率測量儀是以Altera公司生產(chǎn)的FLEX10KA器件為核心實現(xiàn)高精度計數(shù)功能,AT89S52單片機(jī)為輔實現(xiàn)算術(shù)運算及顯示功能的頻
