2、的影響;Franz擴(kuò)散池法比較DS-ME與市售DS凝膠經(jīng)小鼠離體皮膚的透皮參數(shù)。結(jié)果:所制DS-ME為O/W型微乳,粒徑為(30.140±9.020)nm;與空白ME比較,DS-ME對(duì)家兔皮膚的刺激評(píng)分無明顯差異;DS-ME與市售DS凝膠的穩(wěn)態(tài)滲透速率分別為34.16、18.62μg/(cm2·h),滲透系數(shù)分別為1.029、0.561cm/h,滯后時(shí)間分別為0.1242、0.3672h。結(jié)論:DS-ME的粒徑小,無皮膚刺激性,可提高DS的透皮吸收速率。關(guān)鍵詞雙氯芬酸鈉;微乳;皮膚刺激性;透皮吸收EvaluationofRabbitSkinIrritationan
