2、定性作用。液壓機(jī)工作過(guò)程中,偏心力矩是未知的,如何由實(shí)測(cè)的滑塊四角位移差值確定所需的平衡力,成為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與理論難題。為此,提出力偶調(diào)平、位置控制平衡系統(tǒng)的新概念及其工作原理,即在滑塊四角布置四組柱塞平衡缸,并由高精度位移傳感器對(duì)滑塊四角行程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),以控制相應(yīng)缸組加壓與泄壓。建立了其參數(shù)化力學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)出滑塊四角位移差值與所需平衡力之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系式,并繪制出相關(guān)曲線,可以在已知滑塊四角位移差值的條件下,為實(shí)際加工過(guò)程中平衡力的控制提供理論依據(jù),也可為同類型液壓機(jī)滑塊同步平衡系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論參考。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓機(jī)平衡系統(tǒng)平衡力模鍛中圖分類號(hào):T
