2、油泵泵效,根據(jù)柔性傳動(dòng)及液壓自封原理,研制了柔性液壓自封抽油系統(tǒng)。單曲柄倍程抽油機(jī)以柔性傳遞代替剛性傳遞,簡(jiǎn)化能量傳遞環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)小體積的同時(shí),降低了能量損失;液壓自封柱塞泵采用復(fù)合密封和多級(jí)扶正方式,解決了漏失大、偏磨等問(wèn)題。實(shí)現(xiàn)了低能耗、高效率舉升,平均泵效提高26%,系統(tǒng)效率提高25%以上,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用取得了理想效果。關(guān)鍵詞:抽油系統(tǒng);柔性;液壓自封;高效;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用中圖分類號(hào):TE355.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000—3754(2011)O5-0122-03FLEXIBLEHYDRAULICPRESSURES

7、sly,theidealeffectsofthesysteminfieldapplicationareobtained.Keywords:pumpingsystem;flexible;self—sealinghydraulicpressure;higheficiency;fieldapplication隨著中國(guó)石油天然氣勘探開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展視。如何通過(guò)進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展有桿抽油泵系統(tǒng)工作行為和大多數(shù)油田已進(jìn)入高含水期,機(jī)械采油已成為主研究,提高機(jī)械采油技術(shù)整體水平和抽油泵泵效、要的采油方法。在用的機(jī)械采油設(shè)備中,抽油機(jī)所
