1、提要目的：通過觀察比較補(bǔ)腎益髓法針刺與單純頸夾脊穴針刺治療椎動脈型頸椎病的療效差異，為針灸治療椎動脈型頸椎病尋找一種簡便、有效的治療方法。方法：將60名患者隨機(jī)分成補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺治療組和頸夾脊穴針刺對照組，每組各30例。補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺治療組針刺頸4-6夾脊穴、太溪、腎俞、懸鐘、百會，頸夾脊穴針刺對照組針刺頸4-6夾脊穴。分別于治療前、針刺治療2個療程后記錄患者的臨床癥狀與功能評分、臨床體征評分和椎動脈平均血流的變化情況。結(jié)果：補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺治療組有效率為86.67%，頸夾脊穴針刺對照組有效率為76.67%。
2、兩組患者針刺治療后，其臨床癥狀與功能評分和椎動脈平均血流變化情況較針刺治療前有顯著性差異（P＜0.05），治療組優(yōu)于對照組。臨床體征上兩者未見明顯差異（P＞0.05）。結(jié)論：補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺治療組和頸夾脊穴針刺對照組均能改善患者的臨床癥狀與功能，但補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺治療組的效果更顯著。兩組針刺方法均能提高患者椎動脈的平均血流速度，但以補(bǔ)腎益髓針刺組效果更為顯著。本課題為針灸治療椎動脈型頸椎病提供了更好的針刺治療方法，具有一定的臨床價值和理論意義。關(guān)鍵詞針刺；椎動脈型頸椎?。唤?jīng)顱多普勒超聲TheObservati
