3、ment(TDM)andpublictransportationmanagement．ThispaperfocusesonthestrategiesofpublictransportationmanagementandproposesastochasticequilibriumassignmentmodelformixedtransportationnetworkWithtransitlane．Aniterativealgorithmisalsoputforwardbasedonalgorithmsdevelopedbyformerresearchers．Fin
4、ally,anumericalexamplebasedonacomplicatedurbantransportationnetworkwith8nodesand1linksisgiventoshowthattheproposedmodelandsolutionalgorithmarerationalandeffective．Accordingtothesimulation，theestablishmentoftransitlaneandappropriatetransitratioinuserschoosingtransportationmethodCandec
5、reasethetotalnetworktransportationcostandamelioratetheurbancongestion．Forexample，whenthetransitratiois40％，stochasticuserequilibriumassignmentinnetworkwithtranitlaneCancutdownthetotalnetworktransportationcost．Inthemeanwhile，thenumberofcongestedlinksisalsoreduced．However,itisalsoCanbed
