2、，特別是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在整個(gè)制造領(lǐng)域的成功應(yīng)用更是大大地推動(dòng)了模具行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展。近年來我國(guó)在模具行業(yè)取得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步，新材料、新工藝、先進(jìn)加工設(shè)備不斷出現(xiàn)。模具零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、專業(yè)化和商品化已達(dá)到較高的水平。本文設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是牙膏瓶蓋注塑模具。塑件的材料為聚乙烯（PE）。根據(jù)牙膏蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀特點(diǎn)以及現(xiàn)有的注塑成型工藝，采用齒輪齒條脫螺紋機(jī)構(gòu)，設(shè)計(jì)了高效的旋轉(zhuǎn)自動(dòng)脫螺紋注塑模具。脫螺紋機(jī)構(gòu)有圓柱直齒輪、齒條、直齒錐齒輪、螺紋型芯組成。為實(shí)現(xiàn)塑件的快速成型、脫模，采用點(diǎn)澆口的澆注方式以及二次分型的三板式模具結(jié)構(gòu)。本文對(duì)注塑模具進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹，對(duì)于自動(dòng)脫螺紋的過程以及原理進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)齒輪齒條脫螺紋
