1、廈門大學碩士學位論文城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的分析與思考姓名：潘青松申請學位級別：碩士專業(yè)：金融學指導教師：陳善昂201104摘要城市商業(yè)銀行是中國金融業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史產(chǎn)物，始建于上世紀九十年代中期，其前身是城市信用社。經(jīng)過短短十幾年的發(fā)展，城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)成為中國繼國有商業(yè)銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行之后的第三梯隊，成為中國銀行業(yè)體系的一支重要力量。隨著城市商業(yè)銀行的不斷發(fā)展壯大，單一城市已經(jīng)不能滿足甚至制約了城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)生了跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的內(nèi)在需求。同時，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的關聯(lián)性和競爭不斷加劇，形成了跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的外部需求。在內(nèi)外因素的驅(qū)動下，近年來城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營行為日益增多，成為城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)
2、展的一個重要趨勢。本文從跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的理論入手，闡述了跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的理論支持、經(jīng)營模式和經(jīng)濟效益，并理論聯(lián)系實踐，剖析了中國城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的歷史進程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。在現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上，從經(jīng)濟環(huán)境變化、經(jīng)營地域變換、經(jīng)營規(guī)模擴大三方面對中國城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營面臨的問題進行分析，借鑒國內(nèi)實踐經(jīng)驗，針對存在的問題，提出具有實踐意義的政策建議。本文系運用規(guī)范研究方法進行的專題研究。全文分為六個部分：第一部分是導論部分，對文章的整體脈絡和研究方法進行了介紹；第二部分闡述了城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的理論基礎；第三部分概述了我國城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；第四部分揭示了當前城市商業(yè)銀行跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營
