2、了一個基予．NET的高校人事管理和輔助決策系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本文首先分析了當(dāng)前人事管理系統(tǒng)在滿足用戶需求方面存在的不足，給出了課題的設(shè)計目標和任務(wù)。接著以某高校為例，詳細介紹了高校人事管理的業(yè)務(wù)知識和特點。然后給出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，描述了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊和系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)。之后本文對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程中的幾個技術(shù)重點和難點提出了思路和解決方案，如系統(tǒng)的安全性(包括網(wǎng)站安全和業(yè)務(wù)安全)、跨職能部門的數(shù)據(jù)采集、人員補充的輔助決策和Web報表實現(xiàn)等。最后，對該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)做了總結(jié)。本文在高校人事管理系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)上提出了自己的觀點
