1、基于介電泳機(jī)理的金納米顆粒傳感器裝配方法王淑娥1,2,曲艷麗1,董再勵(lì)1,楊洋1,周磊1(1.中國科學(xué)院沈陽自動(dòng)化研究所機(jī)器人學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,沈陽110016;2.中國科學(xué)院研究生院,北京100049)摘要:研究了一種基于介電泳機(jī)理的金納米顆粒傳感器裝配方法。在分析介電泳工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用ComsolMultiphysics仿真軟件,對(duì)平面微電極條件下所產(chǎn)生的空間電場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了建模仿真,研究了金納米粒子極化模型及相關(guān)介電泳頻譜特性。設(shè)計(jì)加工了基于光刻標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工藝和引線鍵合技術(shù)的平面微電極陣列,構(gòu)建了具有三維位移平臺(tái)和視頻監(jiān)控裝置的介電泳裝配實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)。以250nm金顆粒為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,在
2、理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,完成了在微電極陣列上的介電泳組裝實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并通過電特性測(cè)量驗(yàn)證了組裝結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:金納米顆粒的介電泳組裝效果與介質(zhì)溶液的電導(dǎo)率、電場(chǎng)頻率和幅度、金納米粒子濃度、電極間隙及作用時(shí)間有關(guān),在適宜的條件下,采用介電泳技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)金納米顆粒的有效操控和納米器件裝配,該方法為納米傳感器的制造提供了一種有效途徑。關(guān)鍵詞:介電泳(DEP);光刻技術(shù);金納米顆粒;納米傳感器;納米器件的組裝與裝配中圖分類號(hào):TB383;TP212文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1671-4776(2011)12-0809-07FabricationMethodofGoldNanoparticleSe
