2、管理的三大目標(biāo),隨著項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用的發(fā)展,以滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求為核心成為項(xiàng)目管理的第四大要素。成功的項(xiàng)目管理需要保證各目標(biāo)的平衡發(fā)展,以較小的投入,獲取較大的收益。本文運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理有關(guān)理論和方法,重點(diǎn)研究了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論在通信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用,以四川電信CDMA一期工程作為案例,介紹了在通信設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理理論解決進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制的方法,按照項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論制定合理的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制辦法,同時(shí)考慮了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量?jī)烧咧g的協(xié)調(diào)。在項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行過(guò)程中對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤調(diào)整,以保證項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,通過(guò)進(jìn)度管理和質(zhì)
