3、合同、遵守合同，使得各方的義務、責任和權(quán)利能夠在國際工程中得以體現(xiàn)。換而言之，合同是國際工程實施和完成的基礎。因此，在簽訂工程合同時，了解不同國家的法律體系相當重要。正因如此，法律翻譯在對外貿(mào)易和對外法律交流中的重要性顯而易見。本翻譯實踐選用國際工程合同法律專家盧卡斯·克萊（LukasKlee）撰寫的新著《國際工程合同法》第二章作為翻譯源文本。該章論述了在大陸法和普通法環(huán)境下，解釋合同事宜時的差異，并且對這兩大法律體系的內(nèi)在關(guān)系進行了深入的分析。同時，該章還給國際工程項目參與者提供一些有關(guān)合同事宜的信息，幫助合同管理者有
4、效管理合同，避免在國際工程中產(chǎn)生糾紛，推進工程項目的順利進行。該翻譯實踐在功能翻譯目的論的指導下，分析法律文本翻譯過程中遇到的難點并予以解決，提高譯者的法律翻譯能力。本翻譯實踐報告由四個部分組成：翻譯任務描述、過程準備、案例分析和翻譯實踐總結(jié)。案例分析是實踐報告的重點部分，該部分從詞語層面分析了文本中法律術(shù)語和工程術(shù)語詞義的確定，采用增譯法、換序法和語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換法分析句子的翻譯。在翻譯實踐總結(jié)中，筆者深感翻譯工作的艱辛，也堅定了自己不斷進步，努力提高翻譯技能的決心。關(guān)鍵詞：功能翻譯目的論；國際工程；合同IAbstractWi
