3、edtobehaveincertainwaysasthescenarioofthe3DVLE.Studentsmovearounduserinteractswiththem(Winn,Hunter,the3DspacetovirtualplacesandperformHollander,Osberg,Rose&Char,1997).educationaltasks.Inthepursuanceofthesetasks,studentsareabletointeractwithdigitalA3Dvirtualenvironmentisspecialbecausetheartifactsan

4、dtheycanrepresentthemselves1mixtureofsoftwareandhardwaregivestheuserthrough'avatars'orvirtualcharacters.anillusionofbeingimmersedina3Dspaceandtheabilitytointeractwiththe3Dspace(Byrne,Inaddition,themulti-userversionofthe3D1996).Tofeelimmersed,theusermustgetaVLEisonlineandenablesstudentstosensethatt

5、herearethingsallaround.He/shecommunicatewitheachotherusingrealtimemusttakethesethingsliterallyasobjectswithchatoremail.positionandproperties.Onegoodtestoftheillusionofimmersionisthefollowing:ifoneSimulationand3DVLEturnsawayfromsomethinginanenvironment,Computersimulationsarecomputer-generatedthatth
