2、6淵B組冤以及磷酸鹽緩沖液淵C組冤袁比較干預后各組移植瘤的體積及抑瘤率遙應用RT-PCR法測定移植瘤中h的表達袁HE染色觀察各組腫瘤組織形態(tài)學變化袁免疫組化方法研究腫瘤細胞凋亡情況遙結(jié)果院淤基因成功轉(zhuǎn)染入腫瘤細胞并在其中成功表達袁至實驗結(jié)束時袁B組和C組移植瘤體積大于A組淵=63.395袁約0.05冤曰A組的平均抑瘤率高于B組淵=130.920袁約0.01冤遙于病理學觀察見A組宮頸癌細胞有局灶性壞死袁細胞變大袁胞質(zhì)疏松袁核深染袁可見核固縮堯核溶解堯核碎裂袁染色質(zhì)成團狀遙盂免疫組化結(jié)果顯示袁A組BCL-2蛋白表達低于其他2組淵=6.164袁約0.05冤袁而其同源蛋白
