1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)萬方數(shù)據(jù)山東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要摘要隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,重型汽車的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,對(duì)重型汽車的性能要求也不斷提高;動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)匹配狀況對(duì)車輛性能有很大的影響,尤其是動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本文以改善某重型汽車的動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性為目標(biāo),圍繞傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)的匹配優(yōu)化,運(yùn)用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論尋找動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性最佳傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),開展了研究工作。概述了動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)系匹配優(yōu)化的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)現(xiàn)有汽車動(dòng)力性與燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行論述和分析,提出了重型汽車動(dòng)力性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。借助AVL-Cruise軟件建立了某重型汽車結(jié)構(gòu)模型,對(duì)其動(dòng)力性和
2、經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行了仿真分析;分析評(píng)價(jià)了整車總質(zhì)量、主減速比、傳動(dòng)效率、空氣阻力系數(shù)等主要參數(shù)對(duì)汽車動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響,并進(jìn)行了參數(shù)敏感性分析。以原地起步加速時(shí)間作為動(dòng)力性目標(biāo)函數(shù),以C-WTVC循環(huán)消耗的油耗作為經(jīng)濟(jì)性目標(biāo)函數(shù),采用加權(quán)和法將這兩個(gè)目標(biāo)函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)為綜合目標(biāo)函數(shù);從而建立了重型汽車傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型。利用Isight軟件作為優(yōu)化平臺(tái),將Cruise軟件集成到Isight軟件環(huán)境下運(yùn)行;提出了以實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、遺傳算法為基礎(chǔ)組合優(yōu)化策略,基于此優(yōu)化策略,對(duì)某重型汽車傳動(dòng)系參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證表明,本文所搭建的傳動(dòng)系優(yōu)化模型是準(zhǔn)確的
