1、壯骨顆粒對骨折愈合中缺氧誘導因子及骨痂誘導的影響摘要目的:探討壯骨顆粒對動物模型骨折斷端缺氧誘導因子.1Q(HIF.1a)分泌與骨痂形成的作用。方法:將32只新西蘭大白兔平均分成兩組,每組雌雄各半。建立兔左前肢橈骨骨折模型,給予壯骨顆粒灌胃治療,分別在第1、2、4、8周進行骨切片骨痂免疫組化染色,檢測骨痂組織HIF.1a陽性細胞及X線片外骨痂和骨折線進行定量評價。結(jié)果:壯骨顆粒組和對照組骨折斷端局部HIF.1a細胞陽性強度均值差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=6.76~64.93,p<0.05),壯骨顆粒組內(nèi)HIF一1O細胞陽性強度均值比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(q=3.974~9.803,p<0.05),對照
